biography: Jonah Friedman is delighted to be a member of the Prozdor family for his eleventh year. He finds the weekly process and practice of discovery and looking afresh during our courses makes Prozdor a happening, wonderful experience. Living in Israel for
10 years and serving in the IDF, has firmly instilled in Jonah the sights, smells, tastes, and sounds of the land and culture that continue nourishing him. Until recently, Jonah concurrently also taught Eastern, and Middle Eastern religion at Fordham University; art in the Doing Art Together program associated
with the Metropolitan Museum of Art; and coordinated the Hebrew Resource Center at Temple Shaarey Tefila, NY. Previously he focused on the theory and practice of wonder while at Harvard Divinity, Jonah is currently developing research projects in the Cambridge area.
